These terms apply when you use patchemltd.com or purchase products from PatChem Innovative Ltd. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Products and orders
Product colours, packaging and appearance may vary slightly from photographs. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. We may correct genuine pricing or description errors and will contact you if an order is affected.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Ghana cedis unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where applicable, are displayed during checkout or agreed before fulfilment. Orders may be held until payment is confirmed.
Delivery and collection
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by location, stock availability or events outside our reasonable control. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information. Risk in products passes on delivery or collection.
Returns and issues
Please inspect products promptly and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, incorrect or defective. Returns must be authorised and products should be unused and in their original condition where reasonably possible. Certain opened chemicals, customised products and hygiene-sensitive items may not be returnable unless defective.
Safe product use
Resins, hardeners, pigments and related materials must be used according to their labels and safety guidance. Use appropriate ventilation and protective equipment, keep materials away from children, and do not use products for an unapproved purpose.
Website use and liability
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access. To the extent permitted by law, PatChem is not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused by misuse of products, third-party services or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
